Job Description We need an experienced Shipping Supervisor (minimum 3 years preferred in a food processing environment) who is familiar with item code specifications, has generated load plans for shipments, is experienced with Radio Frequency inventory control for warehouse, has excellent decision making ability.
This position is in Kingsburg, CA.
Responsibilities include:
- All operational aspects of the department - Responsible for warehousing and generating load plans for all shipment - Communicate and work with Quality Assurance Department - Manage department staffing; understand crew requirements and communicate effectively with Personnel - Handle all performance related issues, conduct performance evaluations, coach/counsel - Understand and follow all regulatory issues related to food processing environment - Understand and follow union contract; have effective labor relations skills Click here to apply.
