CA or WI 2090 Essential job responsibilities of the Corporate Dairy Engineer with Cheese or Dairy Production.
Manage and oversee capital dairy related projects from inception through completion.
Coordinate and develop project scopes and cost estimates in conjunction with teams.
Communicate effectively with operations, quality, technical services, marketing and other internal teams to ensure project design and layout is acceptable and timelines are met.
Create and read process and instrumentation drawings for dairy related projects.
Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers.
Awareness of new equipment and processes in order to reduce costs within the operation.
Enforce the Companys policies and programs with contractors and vendors.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum three years engineering/project management experience within dairy, cheese, food and/or beverage industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge and experience of electrical controls and systems.
Accomplished in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
