Graphic design and creation of menu pages for interactive hotel television services Develop additional add-on features and functionality using PHP and other scripting tools Create walled garden websites with specific functions for use by hotel guests via television Maintain and update company website Answer and assist with incoming support calls Participate in 24-hour on-call customer support rotation Assist with operation and maintenance of company computer network Communicate with customers and sales staff to understand and define opportunities for new features and functionality
Qualifications:
Experience with IPTV and user interface design would be a major plus Website development experience Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite applications:
Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier Proficient user of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint Working knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, WiFi configuration and functionality Familiarity with basic PC hardware configuration and troubleshooting Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines and working well under pressure Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language College education in graphic design, computer science or related field Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds If you meet these qualifications and are ready to accept this challenge, and the rewards that go with it, we invite you to APPLY NOW.
