Company Description Job Description Procare USA is in need of a talented and experienced Physical Therapist for Advenstist Health Home Care in Hanford, California.
2 years Physical Therapy experience required.
1 year Home Health experience required.
1 year travel experience required.
CA PT license required.
BLS certificate required.
This is a 13 week (3 month) contract with full time hours, unlimited extension eligibility and potential for permanent placement.
The estimated start date is 10/06/2014.
