To service and maintain leased and/or sold equipment at customer's site.
This incudes related activities of safety, communication, customer service, and housekeeping
Responsibilities:
Have completed all training requirements, including all items on first year checklist, and processes and procedures training.
Have completed skills assessment review and passed all basic knowledge requirements given by US Regional Service Supervisor.
Have completed and passed annual service certification process.
With supervision, have sole shift responsibility at a single customer site, maintaining JBT's leased or sold equipment as directed by Service lead personnel and/or Service Management.
Complete or assist in completing records and reports and submit them to the service coordinator in a timely manner.
Order or report parts shortages and maintain or assist in keeping an orderly stockroom.
Assist other service technicians in installing, removing or making major mechanical changes on leased or sold machinery.
Deliver L?M parts and/or equipment to customer plants as directed by service management.
Manage equipment overhaul so that performance will be to JBT and customer standards and completed within a timely schedule.
Promote and maintain a positive business relationship with external customers to keep open productive relationships for the advancement of JBT/s service support.
Work closely with internal customer (JBT departments and personnel) to assure good and productive communication from the customer site to JBT.
Have knowledge of customers machinery and processes used in fruit processing, particularly that which is included in a sercie agreement.
Maintain professional standards by overving all customer specific regulations and rules including safety and personal conduct items.
As invited, attend customer's meetings regarding operation of juice room and related equipment.
Keep JBT vehicle clean and maintenance up-to-date, if assigned a company vehicle.
Hold a valid CA driver's license and have a safe driving record, if assigned a JBT company vehicle.
Willing to accept any other job tasks assigned by Service management.
Willing to work all shifts and weekends.
Willing to travel, work out-of-town, overnight and weekends.
Have a home telephone.
Have own transportation.
Project proper image of self and JBT.
Have own hand tools.
Able to work independently.
Ability to communicate and transfer information to next shift and/or to supervisor Have fully and willingly accepted the necessity of standardize processes and procedures to effectively provide outstandng service to our customers and to counter the threat from our competitors.
Have familiarized with the process and procedures contained in the service extractor maintenance procedures manual.
Have performed the above mentioned processes & procedures to the satisfaction of the processing service managemt.
Understand that the acceptance and successful execution of these processes and procedures are a condition of employment.
Meet all monthly safety requirements as established by the HSE Department Attend all required site Safety Training sessions or complete and submit make-up materials to HSE.
Comply with all JBT safety policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Preferred:
Mechanical, electrical, and computer training.
Mandatory:
Mechanical land Electrical skills and experience.
Preferred:
JBT product knowledge or equivalent experience.
Must have completed and passed all apprentice and Service Technician I training requirements.
Must have completed Service Training Checklist.
Must have completed and passed Processes and Procedures Training Mus have completed and passed annual training and recertification testing.
Acquire knowledge of mechanical devices, pneumatics, hydraulics and electicity, as appropriate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
