The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and a strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax compliance, and strategic business planning.
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual operating budget for the company Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting Ensure tax compliance and manage all tax-related filings Conduct trend and variance analysis to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to ensure adequate cash reserves Create and maintain financial models to support strategic business planning Manage data analysis and provide financial insights to the executive team Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 3
years of experience in a finance or accounting role Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax compliance Experience with cash flow forecasting and strategic business planning Ability to conduct trend and variance analysis to identify areas for improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications If you are a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager with a passion for finance and a strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax compliance, and strategic business planning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in the medical industry.
