We are seeking Bench Technician to join our Operations Team.
You will be greeted Day 1 with a job-specific training program designed to prepare you to manage and maintain our client's networks with support from a team that has amassed over 70 years combined experience in the IT Services industry.
The Bench Technician position is a key contributor in the preparation of all hardware deployment throughout our company.
Their role is to quickly and accurately diagnosing, troubleshoot, and remediate issue with service tickets regarding hardware, software, and malware.
The Bench Technician also handles all preparation and quality control of all newly deployed systems, as well as any software and data migration from previous systems.
