Summary:
The Accounting Specialist will provide accounting and financial service support to ensure efficient and accurate accounting practices are achieved.
Essential Functions:
Process full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable Maintain vendor and customer accounts Prepare payments for signature File and tally deposits Match invoices to purchase orders Enter payments into the system Assist with employee expense reports Process Payroll and Payroll reports as required by law Prepare and coordinate deposit activities Verify if office transactions comply with its financial procedures and policies Oversee and record the check run weekly Assist in making sure client files are up-to-date Other accounting functions as needed to support Controller Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
At least two years' experience in a similar role Knowledge of computerized accounting programs Must have strong MSOffice Skills and intermediate Excel skills Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions Ability to convey complex or confidential information effectively Follow all laws and policies and practices Attention to detail a must 'Work Remotely No Job Type:
