The night auditor reconciles daily activity and closes all accounts in preparation for the new day.
All information will be processed and formatted into daily reports and distributed as the morning reports.
Check-in/ Check-out hotel guest courteously and efficiently:
process all payments according to hotel requirements.
Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors.
Accurately Input data from the end of day reports to the Daily spread sheet and balance out for the day.

Front Office Manager/Accounting Controller/General Manager.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
Accounting Supervisor, Controller, Front Desk staff, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, Sales & Catering.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
( Extreme attention to detail) Accounting experience prefered.
Must be able to work overnights & Mandatory Weekends Fluency in English both Verbal and non -verbal.
Previous experience in a similar position in a full service hotel Provide legible communication and directions.

Previous Front desk experience.
Experience with computers, calculators, or word processors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Anticipate guess' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Manager on Duty on night audit shift.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain complete knowledge of :
a) All hotel features/services, hours of operation.
b) All room types, numbers, layout and location.
c) All room rates, special packages, and promotions.
d) Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures.
e) Room availability status for any given day.
f) Scheduled daily group activities.
Scheduled daily group activities.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Count MOD bank and keep secure at all times.
Read the log book daily and record all pertinent information in the log book.
Process currency exchange and payments to guest accounts.
Process adjustments, rebates, paid outs and credits as required.
Operate Property Management System (PMS) and maintain security of system.
Verifies and makes corrections to the room rate report.
Post and audit Banquet charges.
Adjust outside Vendor activity.
Back up computer system files.
Verifies that all checks are closed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
