Summary:
Processing account receivables and payables.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Accounting Clerk duties and responsibilities include a high level of billing, reconciling, job costing payables, and account receivable collections.
Previous experience in billing, collections, and QuickBooks Enterprise would be an advantage.
The Accounting Clerk should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
Ultimately, the Accounting Clerk should ensure the smooth running of the billing process and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day accounting operations.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Administrative Assistant or Accounts Receivables/Payables will be a plus Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or Administrative Assistant Knowledge of Accounting responsibilities, systems, and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Hands-on experience with office machines (e.
