We manage single-family rental houses and small multi-family apartment buildings.
We are seeking someone experienced in remodeling, construction and maintenance to add to our team.
The job site may vary by the day or by the week.
Our properties are located throughout Tulare and Fresno counties.
The majority of the properties are located in Visalia, CA, but work location may range from the mountains of eastern Fresno County near Dunlap, CA to Visalia, Tulare and Exeter, CA in Tulare County.
The maintenance department renovates vacant rental homes and apartments, performs day-to-day rental repairs/maintenance on occupied units and renovates new acquisitions.
Drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, tile, bathroom and kitchen remodels; fencing and landscaping are just some of the skills we are looking for.
Willing to train the right candidate that has basic skills and the willingness to learn and work hard.

Must have strong work ethic, high repair standards, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
Must have reliable transportation to get to/from various jobsites.
2-3 years or more of construction, maintenance or renovation experience.
Need to communicate well in English.
Full-time position.
Must be reliable and available on call occasionally for after-hours emergency work.
Pay is dependent upon experience.
This is an hourly position with 6 paid holidays per year.
