Our teams include Psychologists, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA's), Mental Health Clinicians and Behavior Technicians that utilize the science of ABA.
We invite you to consider an exciting and rewarding career path today! We are expanding in the Sacramento area and are seeking an additional full-time Case Manager who is willing to grow with us.
We are in need of a Case Manager, who will perform duties under the general supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
The Case Manager will be responsible and/or accountable for the management of their caseload while utilizing the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Observe, evaluate and provide feedback on the implementation of behavioral services Implement and create behavioral and educational methods and materials to increase skills (e.
g.
, DTT, token economy, PECS, task analysis, etc.
) Analyze and evaluate data on each individual's progress to increase socially significant behaviors.
Create programs that are individual specific, individualized to each individuals' unique deficits and needs.
Train parents and staff on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (evidence-based practices).
Provide ongoing training to behavior tutors on program implementation, data collection methods, current autism research, professional code of conduct, etc.
Ensure all programs include Parent Education goals; tutors are trained to support parent application of goals during sessions.
Collaborate with caregivers/parents to create materials (e.
g.
token economy, visual schedules, behavior checklists, behavior contracts etc.
).
Present a professional demeanor (i.
e.
appropriate clothing, hygiene).
Comfortable working in homes (studio apt.
, housing projects, etc.
) of families with limited resources.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher 2 year's experience within the ABA field.
A valid California Driver's license & Insurance.
Ability to pass background check:
DOJ and FBI.
Reliable transportation.
