We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships with new customers, have strong sales IQ, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment in the roofing industry.
This position is COMMISSION plus BONUS!
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with prospects.
Manage and grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
Utilize our internal sales systems to maintain new, current, and future clients.
Educate clients on company used products, installation practices, and timelines to finalize contracts.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Door-to-door marketing is a requirement to build your customer pipeline.
Fluent in is a plus for communicating with Spanish -speaking clients
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing/construction sales and/or related fields.
Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Excellent negotiation and account management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements:
