Job Description:
Water Program Assistant Job Location - Visalia, CA Responsibilities 4Creeks is seeking a Water Program Assistant to work under the Water Administration Team Lead.
Responsibilities for this position would include being primarily responsible for the Tule Basin Water Quality Coalition.
Tasks involved include but are not limited to; assisting landowners meet compliance with the Regional Board, coordinating and presenting educational outreach events, and analyzing data.
In addition, this role is responsible for finding, writing, applying, coordinating, and administering SGMA and other related water grants (water quality, water conveyance, etc.
).
Other responsibilities include helping manage project budgets, building client relationships, quality control of projects and deliverables, community outreach, and overall project management.
This position will primarily entail office work.
Minimum Qualifications 1.
Bachelor's degree or nearing graduation 2.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel 3.
High customer service ethic, ability to learn processes quickly, excellent organizational skills, and professional written and verbal communication skills 4.
Bonus points for experience and/or knowledge of water quality or quantity programs such as; ILRP, CV Salts, SGMA, etc.
Compensation Salary will be determined by candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards.
Benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses.
The expected pay range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour.
