Benefits Eligible Full-Time Benefit Eligible Work Shift Day (United States of America) Department 8650 Human Resources The Recruiter facilitates the recruitment process to maintain the required staffing levels for the organization.
The position is accountable for pre-screening applicants, verifying background, administering applicable pre-hire assessments, and preparing job offers in accordance with HR policies and procedures and within state and federal guidelines.
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree or three years relevant experience.
Experience Required:
Experience in the application of employment laws related to interviewing and selection of employees.
Essential Develops and maintains current recruitment resources in the local, state and national areas.
Travels, as necessary to recruit for professional positions.
Posts open jobs as allowed within Job Opening Guidelines.
Communicates with the hiring manager when job is posted and on a regular basis regarding vacant positions and the status of recruitment efforts.
Maintains contact with candidates.
Screens employment applications and resumes, conducts initial screening and tests, forwards appropriate candidate to the departments.
Extends job offers to candidate.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Attends job fairs, health fairs and school outreach to promote healthcare.
Advertises open positions for recruitment Maintains applicant information in applicant tracking system.
Reviews job descriptions specifications for accuracy.
Pay Range $30.
