Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team and play a vital role in managing our financial operations.
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper at Elite Corporate Medical Services, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing billing, and supporting financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections for our exclusive clientele.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data to support decision-making.
Process billing statements and invoices accurately and timely.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into our financial performance.
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts to support financial planning and budgeting.
Maintain general ledger accounts and perform month-end and year-end closing procedures in accordance with accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with financial audits as needed.
Manage a small team of finance professionals, including providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software, Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in people management is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required.
Must have a valid driver's license and eligibility to be covered by the company's vehicle insurance policy.
