4CG is seeking a Superintendent to help out our Ag/Digester team.
Superintendent
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the work of subcontractors and other support staffAssist in quality control and quality assurance for projectsOversee daily operations at project sitesSelf-performing trades as directed by the project managerManaging site securityPrepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clientsProject picture loggingMaintaining job site safetyConstructability reviewsCoordinate subcontractor schedulingDaily log reportsLifting:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects as well as raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-positionWalking:
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to anotherMinimum
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
Willing to work with a team, ability to be flexible and self-starting, able to make our clients and guests feel welcomeCompensation:
Salary will range from $73,000-$125,000 per year dependent on candidates skills and experience level.
This position is eligible to receive our benefits package which includes medical and dental insurance, Company 401(k) with 3% safe harbor annual company contribution, annual bonus program, a cell phone stipend, ten paid holidays, an accrual plan for paid sick leave, and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
