Sports Media - Executive Assistant (95340) - WorkInSports (Merced, CA)

This position is responsible for assisting the SVP, OAP in day-to-day operations.
This includes, answering phones and directing calls; coordinating calendars and scheduling; preparing expense reports; completing on-line travel reservations; updating the promotions library; generating presentation materials; ordering supplies; dubbing promo tapes; processing invoices; maintaining weekly team status reports; and faxing and filing documents.
Responsibilities:
Handles day-to-day telephone communications.
Answers phones, directs calls, records and relays accurate messages.
Utilizes Microsoft Outlook to coordinates calendars and scheduling for the team.
Organizes travel authorization and receipts in order to create and submit expense reports.
Tracks and prepares invoices for signature and submission to Account Payable.
Qualifications This position requires a High School diploma or equivalency.
A Bachelor s degree is a plus.
A minimum of 3-5 years supporting a senior level executive and staff is also required.
Previous experience in a related industry is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
Good organizational and problem solving skills.
Superior attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints is also required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
