Summary The Sales Audit Associate is responsible for processing and auditing daily, monthly and yearend sales recaps and activity / store transactions for Retail and Ecommerce operations.
Responsibilities Daily:
Daily Sales by Brand Report for Corporate Finance E-Commerce Daily Sales, Updating District Manager (DM) Sales Report Daily Sales Recap Updating Weekly Sales report sent w/ Daily Sales Recap Latin America Comparable Report Updating AOS Ordered Net (Weekly report; for E-Commerce Team) Monthly:
Full-price, Factory Store, and E-Commerce Comparable Reports, Licensee Comparable Report Canadian Sales report Month/Quarter/Year End:
Responsible for the following Journal Entries:
Shrinkage Allowance, Retail Store Shipments Freight Entry, Gift Card/Certificate & Allowance card Reclass, Earthpack Reclass, Payroll Transfers, Payroll Transfers Coding Retail invoices and cancelling service when needed Required Skills/ Experience 1
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor s Degree (preferred) Strong Excel skills Pivot Table and Vlookup knowledge preferred Attention to details Strong communication skills Strong collaboration, team-focus, and active-listening skills.
