97 an hour 15 hours ago 15 hours ago 15 hours ago CSET is looking for a qualified candidate to efficiently and accurately track recyclable material (CRV Beverage, E-waste, Waste Tires, Used Oil, and Used Mattresses) collected from our buy-backs, routes, and special collection events.
The program Coordinator must be well-versed, follow SCC safety, help develop and implement operational rules and procedures, and follow internal and external state regulations.
Qualified candidates must also be willing and able to mentor and professionally work alongside trainees to promote and inspire them to grow.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The purpose of this position is to provide efficient and accurate tracking of recyclable material (CRV Beverage, E-waste, Waste Tires, Used Oil and Used Mattresses) being collected from our buy-backs, routes, and special collection events.
Program Coordinator must be well versed and follow SCC safety and operational rules and procedures and internal and external state regulations.
Also, must have the willingness and ability to mentor and professionally work alongside Corps Members to promote and inspire them to grow.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Essential Functions:
Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities.
Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments.
Review operations and confer with Asst.
Director to resolve production or processing problems.
Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing.
Prepare and maintain production reports or personnel records.
Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
Initiate or coordinate inventory or cost control programs.
Institute employee suggestion or involvement programs.
Track fleet inspection logs and maintain up-to-date accurate records of all DOR fleet Ensure that established routes are being serviced and properly maintained KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Production and Processing - Knowledge of CRV and other recyclable materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effectiveness of processing said materials.
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
Management of Projects- Motivating, developing, and directing trainees as while they are part of the train program.
Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of trainees.
Communicating with Asst.
Director, Peers, or Trainees- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and trainees by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others - Getting staff and trainees within the division to work together to accomplish tasks.
Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Trainees - Providing guidance and direction to trainees, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
Making Decisions and Solving Problems - Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Scheduling Work and Activities - Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others - Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others Identify or investigate new opportunities for materials to be collected and recycled.
Review business requests for service to determine service needs and deploy appropriate resources to provide service.

This position is typically situated out of our Legacy Processing Facility with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and smells which can be unpleasant.
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting and maneuvering material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward Occasional requirement to lift, carry, push and put various items in excess of 100 pounds.
Requires ability to work non-traditional work hours which occasionally requires working weekend/Evening/Early morning and overnight.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
