Rental Home Inspections We are looking for someone to set up walkthrough inspections with our tenants and you will be paid per job you complete.
Day/time is whatever works between both the tenant and you.
Typical inspection will take about 45 minutes.
Duties:
- Conduct inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues or concerns.
- Inspect various components of the property using a self-guided report software on a provided iPad.
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection looking at basic condition of the property, and highlighting areas in need of repair.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inspections and paperwork.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough inspections.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
