Job Duties Include:
Greet patients, register new patients, answer phones, take patient co-pay Help maintaining productive schedules for hygiene team Calling patients to schedule hygiene appointments Entering and verifying insurance benefits for patients visiting general practitioners Making patient experience the best in a dental office Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one or more years of previous experience a in a dental practice is preferred Ability to understand insurance plans is preferred Knowledge of basic phone and computer skills Knowledge Microsoft and Dentrix Knowledge of Dentrix Software will be considered as Significant Plus! Supportive training will be provided.
Prior Dental Front Office experience is preferred.
