Job Description:
The role of dispatch encompasses a variety of tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will have excellent data entry skills, typing/10 keys, Scanning, a strong work ethic, and a motivation to contribute to a growing business.
They will be detail-oriented and able to rapidly and effectively analyze and then communicate the correct solution for each Sales/ customer need.
Record customer calls and log data to communicate with sales staff.
You will be responsible for proper execution of orders into our operating systems, generating and maintaining all paperwork, emailing customers and making appointments.
You will need to coordinate processes and follow standard operational procedures to achieve the effective collaboration of daily tasks.
Requirements Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers.
Bilingual is a plus Ability to take clear and concise messages Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions Organizational skills Multitasking abilities, will be asked to divide responsibilities between multiple offices An advanced level of mathematics and Microsoft Office skills Technical software experience is a plus General knowledge of maps and highways (looking up directions and info).
Monitor weather and road conditions Logistics management experience is a plus You must have a valid SSN and Driver's License You must have a reliable mode of transportation Job Type:
