Position Overview The Customer Service Associate / Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and employees at our Visalia, CA location.
This position provides administrative support to the Customer Service department and plays a key role in the overall customer experience.
Job Duties Ring up customers, answer phones, and assist customers with questions and solutions to their problems.
Process customer orders and cash receipts in accordance with company procedures, while ensuring accuracy and meeting all customer service requirements and company expectations.
Perform cash handling duties as required for this position.
Help process credit card transactions including processing, refunding, balancing, and refunding.
Maintain daily cash drawer procedures, ensuring that inventory is accurately counted, reconciled, and recorded.
Process cashier transactions including cashiering, reconciling, and recording in the cash drawer.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within 24 hours or according to company guidelines.
