Position:
Customer Service Job Profile and Description The Customer Service Rep must interact with Plant Departments and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about boxes purchased from Kaweah Container.
Job location:
Visalia, CA.
Job Type:
Full-time hourly employment.
Schedule:
Mainly first shift.
However, off-shift, overtime work may also be required.
Reports to:
Customer Service/Supply Chain Manager Duties and Responsibilities Completes data entry.
Organizes and files Order Acknowledgements.
Cuts and Delivers Purchase Orders for Sheets for all Kaweah plants.
Files and tracks all sheet orders placed by the Planner Scheduler.
Files and tracks all Cutting Die and Printing Plate Purchase Orders.
Prints and organizes all Load Tags and Factory Tickets for the Production floor Complete independent projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Maintains the Cutting Die and Printing Plate Log.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints from customers and Account Managers.
Assist in maintaining facility and documentation in accord to Kaweah's GMP and HACCP expectations.
Skills and Specifications Interpersonal skills Communication skills - verbal and written Listening skills Problem analysis and problem-solving Attention to detail and accuracy Data collection and ordering Customer service orientation Computer Skills, including MS Office, Excel, Outlook Inventory Management Education and Qualification High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of relevant computer applications Knowledge of administrative procedures Numeric, oral and written language applications Product knowledge Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested Job Type:
