Responsibilities Greet service customers upon arrival Manage flow of traffic in service lane Work with Service Advisors and Service Director Maitain cleanliness and orderliness of Service Drive Qualifications Outgoing and friendly personality Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Customer service oriented Team oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision Clean driving record and valid driver's license Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service issues - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and customer management - Experience in technical sales or related field is a plus - Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle high call volumes At our company, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible.
