N/A Application Instructions Submit Resume Position Description Assist PM with project budget preparation Assist Estimator with the bid process Assist PM with scope and contract creation for new projects Serve as the secondary point of contact with clients Assist PM and Superintendent with the project close-out processes Assist PM and Superintendent with the development construction schedule Analyze project timeline to ensure on-time project delivery Assist with the preparation of the 3 week look ahead schedule Monitor project progress with Superintendent and assist with the monthly schedule update Assist with the project punch-list process Work closely with Superintendent and project team on a daily basis to overcome project hurdles Maintain and enforce project site safety programs Prepare comprehensive subcontractor & supplier scopes of work Ensure all administrative systems are properly set-up, implemented, supervised and maintained through the use of various applications and Procore Create and maintain a positive work environment at the job site Position Requirements Knowledge of construction principles & practices Well developed time management & organization skills Proficiency in basic computer skills and Procore Must be proficient in plan reading Equal Opportunity Employer Seals Construction Inc.
