An Associate will learn to sharpen their interpersonal skills in a friendly environment.
The position will be part-time with a flexible schedule.
Some shifts will include night audit shifts from 11pm to 7am on the weekends.

Hotels are open 24 hours per day so this position will require working holidays.

Hotel Guest Services Associate / Night Auditor Reports to:
General Manager Job Duties:
Night Auditors do basic preparation for the breakfast bar prior the attendant arriving in the early morning Night Auditors do a basic reconcile of the day's transactions by verifying totals and processing credit payments Meets and exceeds customer and team member expectations by providing service through teamwork:
Reasonably meet and exceed customer expectations and anticipate needs.
Communicate promptly and effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed Handle difficult situations effectively Meet service standards Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing the communication logbook each shift and update logbook for next shift Provides quality and friendly service to the customer Answer phones and take reservations Check In and Check Out guests, collecting payment and contact information Be of service in navigating the local points of interest to make their stay easier Co-ordinate or leave notes for maintenance and housekeeping for any guest concerns that may arise during their stay Co-ordinate with staff for group bookings and events Adheres to hotel policies and procedures Attend work on time as scheduled Follow hotel grooming and dress standards Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures Follow hotel brand standards Follow hotel front desk procedures for efficiently providing service Keep accurate count of shift cash drawer Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance Perform such other ancillary and related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or General Manager to effectively run the hotel business.
