PRIMARY OBJECTIVES This position performs skilled data and coding entry.
Performs administrative and intake support in their specific office location.
Persons in this position are expected to perform a wide variety of administrative duties with only intermittent supervision.
This position also acts as back up for reception as needed, performing reception and clerical support duties.

Electronic data entry.
Extensive use of computers.
Considerable use of vision for proofreading numbers, correspondence, computer printouts, reports, etc.

Provide back-up coverage for other Program Support functions within the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Executes specific job functions Enters and processes client data in an accurate and timely manner on the SANDIS system to include, but not limited to demographic client data, Client Development Evaluation Report (CDER) Early Start, etc.
; assigns Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and counselor code numbers.
Screens source documents and proofreads keyed material to produce error free work that is in conformance with agency guidelines.
Returns document to counselor with request for correction and/or complete information on incorrect/incomplete entries.
Researches and corrects error listings and codes returned by Department of Developmental Services.
Prepares and forwards reports to Department of Developmental Services as needed.
Updates diagnostic information utilizing DSM Coding in SANDIS system for psychologists and nurses.
Upon receipt of quarterly report from Clinical Director, schedules medical SIR triage consultations with Service Coordinator and physician.
Assists with AFPF mailings and phone calls, assessment code input, family contact, and transmissions to and from DDS.
Schedules all psychologist's assessment appointments following the IDER process.
Maintains staffing tracking sheet, completes process through its full completion.
Processes appointment letters and C&E's associated with psychologist appointments.
Schedules interpreters as requested for Psychologist appointments and processes documents and C&E's with contracted agencies and staff psychologists.
Produces the charts for Intake staff appointments.
Produces and processes 2nd party letters; look ups, copy work and mailing of letters and correspondence.
Maintains clinical teams schedule on the SAP Calendar.
Administrator for maintain and retrieval for US Legal medical records.
Assists with reception including but not limited to:
answer calls, assist and greet visitors, check in individuals for their appointments, enter and update conference room reservations, and process agency documents which may include the distribution of U.
S mail, faxes, and deliveries.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports effective and efficient business practices.
Responds to and assures quality of agency services.
Keeps designated supervisor informed of service delivery, emerging and urgent issues.
Develops, when appropriate and under direction of designated supervisor, forms, practice tools and resources that support staff in their daily functions.
Completes all forms, reports, and types of documentation according to agency standards and directs paperwork to appropriate service and administrative units in a timely manner.
Maintains respectful and clear communication with supervisor.
Accepts guidance, constructive advice, and supervision.
Seeks clarification or support, as needed.
Participates in education and training as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or AA and 2 years in related field.
Knowledge and abilities:
Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions; to spell and punctuate accurately; to operate office equipment; to prioritize, organize, and coordinate workload to meet deadlines; to work in a detailed, organized manner; to use various computer applications, including, but not limited to spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
Must demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, sound independent judgment, flexibility, strong interpersonal, skills, and excellent written and oral communication.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
