- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow - Manage and supervise office staff - Develop and implement office policies and procedures - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives - Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide excellent phone etiquette - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal If you are a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
