The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and greeting visitors to the office.
He or she must be highly organized and detail-oriented, willing to help with a wide range of tasks, and capable of supporting other employees as necessary.
The ideal candidate will also have previous administrative experience, enjoy collaborating with others, work well under pressure, communicate effectively and be able to support a wide range of priorities.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and messages in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all required tasks are completed.
Wield a formidable filing system with thick folders and paper clips.
Know the company inside and out.

Handle administrative aspects of the company, such as creating budgets and organizing travel arrangements for senior staff members.
