Emergency Services develops and administers programs to prepare families for emergencies and assists families affected by drought or water contamination to regain access to clean, safe drinking water.
The Administrative Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, program analysis, grant administration and reporting, fiscal management, contract development, public presentations, and program marketing.
The Administrative Analyst will at times support a variety of programs within the Emergency Services department.
The Administrative Analyst will analyze current practices and develop strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and as a team member and maintain confidentiality of information Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Strong computer (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
) skills Ability to problem solve and brainstorm creative solutions in challenging situations Ability to analyze complex data and guidelines and share that information with a diverse team Appropriate combination of skills, experience, and education Experience with grant management and reporting is beneficial EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
