As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with customers and prospective customers to help sell industrial filter products and solutions to customers in various industries to meet company goals.
As well as managing the shipping and receiving of all products, materials, and supplies to ensure accurate inventory and materials are meeting quality standards.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
Collaborates with outside sales to develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects, and provides them with product information, quotations, and technical support to help meet company goals.
Follows up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, trade shows, and referrals, to close sales opportunities.
Processes customer orders and invoices, and coordinates with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery goals are met.
Manages the shipment and receiving of all products, materials, and supplies, as well as tracks and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure the system and inventory is accurate.
Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved to ensure materials and shipped and received efficiently and accurately.
Maintains inventory records and performs periodic physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues.
Ensures the company is compliant with safety, quality, and environmental standards to meet regulations.
Position Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma required; will consider a combination of education and experience.
Experience:
2
years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Shipping and Receiving experience preferred; will train the right person with related filter industry experience.
Certifications:
N/A Functional Skills:
Solid work flow, prioritizing, follow through, and organizing of large amounts of data; detail oriented and good with customers; solid ability to problem solve and work with others to ensure orders are accurate and processed on time.
Solid math and data comparison skills.
Has technical ability to learn about products and provide basic trouble-shooting information.
Forklift certification and familiarity with radio frequency equipment preferred.
Technology Skills:
Intermediate PC/device skills to maintain daily details in the CRM system to continually manage the selling cycle and provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
Language Skills:
Excellent verbal, written communication with professional presentation of themselves and the products.
Leadership/Behaviors:
Self-driven with proven achievement in exceeding job expectations or driving goals; high level of relational, influencing, and networking skills.
Can learn technical information quickly and apply it to sales and customer service.

Hourly pay opportunity, flexible based on experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
