- Excel and QuickBooks basic experience - Assist with job budget management - Implement effective budgeting procedures - Reviewing company job's budgets and make adjustments as needed - Ensure budgets meet company expectations - Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, transcribing, and organizing documents - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Additional activities the company may need
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Familiarity with office duties is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
