This position is responsible for the production, assembly, or preparation of products to required tolerances and specifications as dictated by customer orders.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions, safety rules/regulations and prepare production reports as needed.
Follows all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding.
Sufficient visual acuity (corrective) to read instructions, distinguish color, operate machines, and visually inspect parts produced.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate machines properly.
Operators set up their job according to specifications of work order then produces required quantity of parts.
Must produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
Responsible for taking care of routine machine maintenance and keeping work area in neat condition.
Maintains simple reports on work orders managed and quantities produced.
Willingness to share innovative ideas to make processes better.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
Punctuality and regular attendance NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Works on several types of equipment to conduct a particular phase of the production cycle.

May be assigned additional duties/responsibilities as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Physical ability to do work requiring frequent twisting, bending, stooping, pulling, pushing, walking, and standing for 8
hours per day.
Physical ability to do work that requires repetitive lifting/pulling/carrying weights ranging from 1 to 50 lbs.
Physical Ability to work on a production floor that can be above 110 degrees F and humid in the summer.
COMPETENCY, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to work in high-pressure, challenging environment.
Ability to learn to use tape measure, calipers, micrometers & propylene/acetylene cutting torches.
Ability to operate computers that are part of the manufacturing process.
Ability and willingness to cross-train in other production/processing areas.
For full-time position willingness to work 40 hours per week with possible mandatory/voluntary over-time (for FT position) Willingness to work rotating shifts (if necessary) Ability to change focus frequently.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, inter-department personnel, and other production team members.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
