The position is currently expected to be approximately 20 hours per week.
Sample duties include:
Making AR collection calls and inputting notes in aging.
Entering AP bills, reconciling accounts, and responding to vendor inquiries.
Other administrative tasks including filing and office purchases.
Qualifications:
High school diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills AA preferred AP & AR experience preferred Job Type:
