Hire Up Staffing is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Office Assistants in the Visalia area.
These are contract positions with possibility of permanent hire down the road.
The starting pay is $17.
27/hour.
These are very urgent positions that can start as early as next week!Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:
30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Completes, updates, photocopies, and distributes forms/reports to managementPrepares, enters, verifies, and updates energy documents for approvalUtilizes two computer systems for program needsMaintains contact with management to make sure deadlines are metReceives and reviews accuracy of energy documents submitted by internal staff and customersMaintains positive working relationships with staff and customersContacts customers as needed for information clarificationAnswers heavy phones, screens and directs callsSchedules job visits accordinglyOther office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
H.
S education or equivalentMust type 40 wpm Previous office experience 6
monthsProficient with MS OfficeBilingual in Spanish:
