POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to protect and promote health, prevent illness and injury, and alleviate suffering through nursing diagnosis and treatment. Demonstrates leadership in the professional practice setting through oversight of the interdisciplinary health care team to provide holistic care and advocate for patients and families served.
QUALIFICATIONS
License /Certification
Required:
CA RN license
BLS
Some nursing units also require specialty certification.
Education
Preferred:
BSN, MSN, or currently enrolled in RN-BSN program.
Department Specific Requirements
If assigned to Wound Care: prefer Certified Wound Ostomy Continence (CWOCN) certification.
$5000 Sign-on Bonus
